Product Description
Pneumatic upload wire payoff is continuously feed wires with Max. 2.5 tons wire coil. the wire pulley on the pay-off frame is made of alloy steel, which is wear- resistant and has a service life of more than 3 years.
Each drawing die is driven by a motor torotate the drawing die, which can extendthe service life of the drawing die andensure drawn wire is more rounded.
Each drawing die box has a device for stirring the drawing powder inside, so that the drawing powder can better adhere to the wire.
The surface of the block is sprayed with supersonic tungsten carbide, with a spray thickness of 0.5mm, high hardness, and service life up to 30,000 hours.
The inside of the block adopts closed water cooling, which can effectively reduce the opoerating temperature of the block and extend the service life.
There is a refueling hole on the tensioning guide wheel in front of each block to facilitate adding lubricating oil and extend the service life.
An air outlet is designed on the back of the wire drawing machine, which is equipped with a motor and a fan for air cooling of the machine.
The first and second drawing blocks are equipped with reducers, which can provide greater torque, and then the subsequent drawing blocks use timing belts to ensure faster speeds.
